Local Area
Milford Haven (Aberdaugleddau in Welsh) is an historic coastal town situated on the north side of the Milford Haven waterway, an estuary forming a natural harbour that has been used as a port since the middle ages. The tide has brought invaders, crusaders, would-be kings, sea merchants, admirals, pirates and global energy leaders, up the Cleddau estuary to the safe haven of Milford. They’ve all played a part in its extraordinary story.
